What a week for improving my health!

I really don't have a reason for posting this other than I think it will feel good to say it out loud. I have made some big changes to better my health this week. Today is day five of no smoking!! This is HUGE for me. I don't even want to smoke anymore, which is really odd. I have smoked for more than half of my life and have never been successful at quitting. I also decided that if I was going to quit smoking because I want to be healthy than I should also get rid of this extra weight I have been carrying around for way too long. So, and I'm going all in on getting this weight off. I signed up to sell Herbalife (because of the discount you get) and I started their weight loss program today. It is crazy how much better I already feel. I have so much more energy, oh and the money not smoking is saving me is pretty great too!
