Do you think it's a coincidence that the house across the st. from the sex offender

I dunno. I have lived in some bad neighborhoods where I was undoubtably living next to people who robbed people. At one point I am quite sure I was neighbors with a ring of car thieves. No one's car, even the super nice ones got stolen or broken into on that block. IME, larger property theft is usually done away from the criminal's home so that they do not draw suspicion on themselves.

That's what I would think, too. We are on a dead-end street though and currently have construction blocking our only exit sometimes I have to wait 5 minute and sometimes 15. It's not exactly an easy getaway right now. They only took a big screen tv and bose speakers. It's not even the stuff. It's the feeling of violation.

I drove right by just before it happened, and the guy was mowing the grass and walking around a lot and looking around. I would think that one of their friends did it, but it just feels so weird.
