Dealea86
This is pretty dated, and it might be too advanced for a 3rd grader, but I used to really love Sideways Arithmetic From Wayside School.

kfeusse
when I am looking for new logic things i go the the Mindware and Critical Thinking websites...they have lots of logic stuff. I also like ThinkFun products...which I ususally find either in Rainbow Resouce or on Amazon. Timberdoodle has some logic games and puzzles too...but not as much as the other places I mentioned.
