calledtobehome
My hubby company paid to move us and they are here now. Two men(driver, and a mover). I'm I suppose to tip?? Or do I wait until our truck arrive at our new place on Friday? Edited June 11, 2012 by calledtobehome
DawnM
Are they driving your stuff and will they be there on the other end? I believe you will need to tip on this end too if they are different than the ones who will be unloading on the other end. I didn't know this when we moved and I feel so bad that I did NOT tip on one end.

We did provide drinks for the movers as well. If you don't know if they will be the same, ask.
calledtobehome
I provided drinks and a little snack. The driver will be the same person but I'm not sure about the guy working with him. Going to find out now.
lynn
We never tipped however, for moving day from our location I always had a cooler of drinks available. For arrival at our new location we always bought lunch for movers.
Jaz
We tip on both ends and always have excellent service. ;)
missmoe
Tip driver on other end, but tip movers on both ends. We also provided lunch and drinks.
calledtobehome
How much do you tip? We didn't have a lot of things because we are down sizing. But we do have a few heavy pieces(piano, dresser etc)
Harriet Vane
Tip at both ends of the trip, and provide food as well. For our local move (one set of guys for one day) I tipped each guy $20. We also bought them lunch.
missmoe
Depends on how many movers are working. We spread $100 out over the movers on each end. And then we tip our driver $100.

SewLittleTime
We tipped on the end b/c our driver and mover were following our stuff from beginning to end.
