LOL Obviously running works different muscles than my old Firm video ;) Strength training of the arms & shoulders and core are on the menu today, and I may just walk a mile or two. Even before 3 children, way back when I used to starve myself to lose 5 pounds by Friday, back when I wore a size 5....I didn't look like that. Brigitte Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 I finally got out for a run today. Boy it felt good. I woke up to the noise of a cat fight outside around 4:30 this morning and all I could think about was how good it would feel to get out for a run after so much time off. Now I am ready to set up my workout area in the basement. Isn't it wonderful how good exercise makes you feel, even when your muscles are burning as you push your way up a hill?!
