We have used MOH prior and read all STOW except the first one, which at a glance seems to cover many different topics than MOH. I'll just pick and choose selections and add them in where I feel the need. I think you are on to something with the CD idea.;) BTW, we have several relatives living in Vancouver and Kalama.
