MariannNOVA
The first song I downloaded on my first ever iPod: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvCUJgnVg3o&feature=related In the fall of 1972, this was always playing in my dorm.

Maverick_Mom
I saw this on the news and said, "Huh?" I thought Fleetwood Mac was John and Christine McVie, Stevie Nicks, and Lindsay Buckingham. Didn't know there was anyone else.

nono
Wow, you had an iPod back in the 70s? :tongue_smilie: (Can you tell I'm tired?) Yeah, of course I remember Bob and that was one of the great ballads from the 70s...
Catwoman
I was never a Bob Welch fan, but it's very sad to hear that he took his own life. According to the report I read, he'd had some health problems recently, but I have no idea whether or not he had any kind of serious illness. I feel even sorrier for his poor wife, who found him dead after he shot himself in the chest. What a horrible thing for her to have experienced; that's something that will probably always haunt her. I can't even imagine the hideous images that will be in her mind.
