Christine
Does anyone know of a way you can ban websites for certain times? i.e. I want to ban YouTube and Facebook from 0900-1500 every day. I think I can do it through my router, but I'm not 100% sure, and I thought I would ask here to see if anyone knows of a quick and easy way to accomplish the task. Thanks. Bang!Zoom!
I'm not sure, but you might be able to use K-9 with a time blocker. I used it for some time, but then I had to amp it up with a restriction and grounding which was VERY effective. http://www1.k9webprotection.com/
Mrs Mungo
If you use firefox, then you can do it through the leechblock add-on.

And grounding and restriction used to work, except a lot of his work now requires the use of the 'net, and I work with my other kids in another room so we don't distract him. Bang!Zoom!
My dd yesterday actually (drum roll) took her computer and dissembled it and stored it in her closet. Without any prompting or me asking her to do it. She said she doesn't like the clutter of it out here in the kitchen. Talk about a miracle.
