brendafromtenn Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the new CLE Algebra I continues with the spiral approach of the younger years OR if it takes on more of a unit approach, adding more and more as you go. I hope to see a Beta version of this at the homeschool conference next week. Any help would be appreciated. 3andme Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 It is set up the same way as the earlier years. One new concept is introduced and then there is spiral review for the rest of the lesson. For example, exponents are introduced early on and then elaborated on throughout the later light units. Only algebra and a few statistical topics are included in the spiral - no geometry.
