But I took in reports today of my blood sugar, blood pressure etc. for him to see what I've been tracking over time. I don't know if you know that you can track those things on Sparkspeople, but you can from the "Weight Tracker and Measurements" tab. He was so excited to see that I could track those things and print them out for him:001_smile: I just wanted to share for other Well-trained Sparks team members.
