About to strip their room like a jail cell :/

Seriously, I am thinking of taking everything out of it, clothes included since they find it hilarious to try on every clean outfit I put in their drawers and strow every toy possible...

 

Considering putting five outfits hanging in the closet and leaving five toys each and some books... do they really need that much more?!

I didn't strip dd's room to nothing, but pretty close. She could not organize herself, no matter how much assistance I gave her, so I finally decided to pare down her stuff to keep it simple for her. Not so much as a punishment (although it was perceived that way at the time) but as a help to her. Less stuff meant less to take care of which equaled :001_smile: for everyone.

Yeah, it wouldn't really be a punishment. I mean, I am irritated with them at the moment.. and they can clean it spotless but it is a TINY room with two girls sharing it and it just becomes destroyed immediately and they claim all I do all day is tell them to clean their room... which I don't want to be telling them to clean their room all day, I want them playing in it or outside playing. wow, that was a horribly long run on sentence!
