lauracolumbus
I just started watching tv again when Downton Abbey came on and became hooked. My dvr started recording Upstairs Downstairs (the new one, not classic) b/c it was in the time slot of DA. I watched 3 episodes and became hooked, but just discovered they have only produced 3 episodes. Does anyone know if this series will continue? Thanks, Laura
Forget-Me-Not
Yes, it's supposed to. I think there are new ones due out this fall?
lauracolumbus
Thank you. I couldn't find anything on their website. I guess I'll have to find some other British drama/movies to fill that hole. Laura

lauracolumbus
Thanks Stripe. Garrow's Law is exactly what I was looking for. I wish Netflix streamed it, but at least my library has it. Laura
stripe
I will have to watch Upstairs, Downstairs! :)
Beth S
Up/Down is a good "while you wait for DA Season3" series. :001_smile: Same idea, but the plots are a bit less compelling. Set in 1936, bringing new life back into the old house from the 1979 series. Keeley Hawes is one of the main stars. Claire Foy (from Little Dorrit) is also in it. We saw the 3 episodes last year (April 2011 on pbs), and it seems that there are 5 episodes of Season 2 now available (likely in the UK) but not scheduled yet on PBS Masterpiece. You could also watch the original Up/Down series, but the production quality is typical for that time period. Enjoy!
Mom-ninja.
Godsford Park. I just watched that movie and liked it. It's on Netflix instant.
stripe
I haven't seen DA season 2 yet, but I finished season one. I told my husband it's Jane Eyre this weekend! Ha
