LucyStoner
Martha is a journalist, blogger and author who worked at Microsoft and msn.com. She graduated from Lakeside which is an exclusive private school here (same place Bill Gates went) and taught pt there for 2ish years relatively recently. I would tend to assume this was at least in part an economic survival thing looking at how revenue has gone in the publishing and online content markets. I also know that no one teaches there full time unless they have a much different background and experience set. She is not a teacher by training or long experience. Not saying that makes the article bad but I noticed the bio here really overplayed her as a teacher. I checked her LinkedIn to see if I was crazy because I always knew her as a microsoft writer who wrote a parenting and humor books.
