May I ask a Nourishing Traditions favor, please?

Recommended Posts

We are having spring rolls for dinner and just realized we loaned our copy of NT to a friend for a couple of weeks. Would someone be willing to reply with a list of the ingredients for the Peanut Sauce recipe in the sauces section? We'd so appreciate it! We don't need the directions, just the ingredients.

Thank you!

I was actually sitting here with the book at my finger tips. I didn't even have to get up. However, I can't find "spring rolls" in the index. Do you remember the MAIN ingredient. Many of the recipes are listed under a main ingredient. I looked under Chicken, but it wasn't there.

Do you remember what chapter it was in?

I happen to have the book sitting right here. I'm getting ready to list it for sale :)

Here you go!

6 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped

2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

1 large bunch cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon Oriental hot chile oil

3/4 cup freshly ground roasted peanuts or homemade peanut butter

3/8 cup naturally fermented soy sauce

3 tablespoons rice vinegar

1/2-1 cup warm chicken stock or whole coconut milk

I know, I'm sorry! I edited to add it in. I guess I thought you all could read my mind!

Thank you! And would you PM me to let me know how much you're selling it for (and about its condition), please?
