HomeScholar
My DS enjoyed Fallacy Detective. We just started with AoA, which will probably be easier with the knowledge we are bringing from FD. Hopefully my DS will enjoy it, though it will take more work than FD.
lewelma
What did you chose to use instead? (secular) The most recent edition of AoA is secular as far as I am concerned. I understand that the previous version was not, or was in some fashion politically biased, but I have never seen it. Ruth in NZ
~Amanda~
what about all the controversy with mention of abortion, and political issues?
lewelma
what about all the controversy with mention of abortion, and political issues? That was the previous edition. I have found nothing controversial, inappropriate, or political in the current edition, and I am about as secular as they come. We are 2/3rds of the way through the book. It is excellent. ~Amanda~
Thank you. seems like every time I decide on something, I learn something new about it that makes me have to do my research all over again :-/
