MariannNOVA
this is the recipe I use. I stir with the saucepan on low heat until it is no longer soupy or liquidy: 2 cups soy, almond, rice or coconut milk (we use coconut) 2 cups leftover cooked brown rice (I can make it the night before) 1 large apple chopped 1/4 cup agave nectar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup walnuts or nut of your choice - optional (we use almonds) pinch of salt Heat the milk in a saucepan -- add all the ingredients and heat through. Serve I heat a little longer than necessary to get the pudding consistency.

Isabella
Sounds yummy and healthy. I'm going to give this a go for my picky teenage girls :glare: for breakfast.
