Miss Peregrine
It will only load a few minutes, more likely, seconds at once. I have to pause and wait. Letting it load for 10 minutes might get me 2 whole minutes uninterrupted playtime. However, the Viking Cruise commercials play beautifully and all the way through! :banghead::banghead::cursing:
felicity
I completely agree. At first I thought it was just my computer kicking me on and off but when it happened on another one, I gave up. Now I've got it on hold at the library. I'm number 317 on the list but at least I won't be annoyed.
Jen in PA
I have had the same problem with the PBS site during peak traffic hours, but then had things load just fine if I waited until a really inconvenient time to watch.
Cinder
I didn't have problems watching online, except for that one time when ds was downloading some huge program. But then I was only able to watch after 10pm. Maybe everyone else had given up and gone to bed by then.
LucyStoner
I have not had any trouble with it but I guess it is likely that I am not on the site during peak hours.
Miss Peregrine
I have tried watching at 4 am(dh was loud getting ready for work and woke me up) and have not noticed a difference. I hadn't thought of looking at the library!
KungFuPanda
I haven't had any trouble, but I've only watched 3 episodes and it was in the morning when the rest of the world is at school or work.
Bellamoon
I have never had an issue watching it on PBS. I just need it to come back on though...lol
Pippen
I watched all of season 2 from the PBS site and didn't have any problems.
catz
One time watching on my iPad it kept hanging. I killed all my other apps and retried and it worked perfectly then. I only watched on the computer a couple times but had no problem. I think there are peak times when it's harder to get good streaming connection though. Good luck! Not being able to watch the latest downton was like torture to me for a bit there. :tongue_smilie:

catz
How did you watch it on your ipad? Mine says it won't work without flash. There is a free PBS app available at the app store! :D It's very handy for late night Downton viewing with headphones.
