linders
Saw this movie, loved it, have learned a lot in discussing it with Southern friends who lived the time. I'm planning to watch it with DS11 - do you think it could be okay for DS8, with me to pause/explain by his side? I think so, but am I biased by loving this movie? What am I forgetting? Thanks! P.S. Some of the biases they've seen since we moved down South have led to lots of discussion!
FriedClams
I think much of the meaning and subtlety would be lost. I would not show it to them. (I can see an 8 year old laughing at some things that aren't *really* funny in the movie and totally missing the meaning.)
