Birkenkathy
How teacher intensive are these? I'm assuming that WWE is a teacher-led program with the dictation, etc. But can my 7th grader do WWS on her own?
Bloggermom
Writing With Ease (WWE) takes about 15 minutes per lesson. Writing With Skill (WWS) is written to the student so it is not teacher intensive at all.
Mom22ns
My 7th grader does WWS on her own. Sometimes she gets stuck and I use the suggestions in the TM to get her unstuck. Sometimes she doesn't read ALL the instructions and has to go back and re-work things. She hates reading instructions, but has liked WWS otherwise. :D
redsquirrel
WWS is written to the student. But, it does supposed you are there if a lifeline is needed. You are also expected to read the completed assignments and give feedback. The teacher's manual give a lot of support around that.
