j_thurm
If so, what did you think of them? Thanks!
pjssully
hi- i have looked at them and even used them for a bit. I think they are just fine for about 3rd grade and under. Over that, i felt like i wanted more "meat" for my kids. NOt alot but a bit more. guess i could have filled in with more books and i may revisit them. But i was trying to combine an older kid and they just were not enough. pam
kandty
I just bought Stories of America over the weekend. So, no review yet. We are doing American History with my will be 3rd & 6th grader Ds next school year. I got it for extra reading material. Since it is sold my SCM, I assume it is a living book. mom&nana
We used these at the beginning of the year with my 7th grader. We were/are also doing MFW CTG and Paths of Settlement. So these were just supplementary readings in a different time period and we really enjoyed both books! SO easy to read a chapter a day. :)
