BMW
My daughter has a chemistry equation that she is working through and I don't remember how to solve this kind.... 204.76J = 15.0gC(350) solve for C. If the (350) weren't there, I'd tell my daughter to divide both sides of the equation by 15.0g... but, it is there. What do we do? Thanks! BMW
We have to leave in 15 minutes... does anyone have an immediate idea for this? :001_smile:
Sasharowan
Divide by the 350 then by 1.5g, I think.

Divide both sides by 15.0g Divide both sides by 350 No matter how many factors are by your unknown: you get rid of them by dividing both sides by them. She should have learned this early on in algebra 1.
