AJ1972
OK, I am not sure I want Elemental Science. I am looking more for a text with everything in it and workbook included as well. Not something that I have to buy more books for and add to it. Nothing too religious either. I looked into RS4K, but then some people said that it may be too young for a 4th grader. I have almost got everything I need for him. Science and Lang Arts are the only things left at this point. Help! I am new to all curriculum's. We did a Distance Learning school for the last 3 years. ekfk
I really like the Evan Moor books for science. Read and Understand Science, Grades 4 - 6 has both text and a workbook. They are even better when you supplement with library books.
camdunson
We did K12 for 4th grade science. It's a beautiful presentation and lots of good information. the only thing we didn't like was it had a TON of experiments. A TON! If you like experiments, it would be a dream come true.
