Alte Veste Academy
Everyday Paleo and Paleo Comfort Food Thanks! I had seen Everyday Paleo but Paleo Comfort Food is new and looks incredible! The strawberry shortcake in particular would make me buy this book! :D
PrincessMommy
Not a book, but I always use LindaSue's site: http://genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html She is always my first stop when looking for a new LC recipes. Several there are old time favs. but my sis loves Dana Carpenter's book: http://www.amazon.com/500-Low-Carb-Recipes-Snacks-Dessert/dp/1931412065/ref=sr_1_6?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1318980235&sr=1-
Faith
I just bought Low Carbing Among Friends on Amazon and it's really good. Full of recipes. It's low carb, gluten free, wheat free and sugar free. http://www.amazon.com/Low-Carb-ing-Among-Friends-Gluten-free/dp/B005YNAXYG Edited February 9, 2012 by Faith added link
Momof3littles
I have a few cookbooks but mostly rely upon bloggers. I use the genaw/Linda Sue site mentioned above. I also use: http://www.alldayidreamaboutfood.com/ (Boston cream pie and black and white cupcakes are both amazing. I used a different recipe for the ganache on the boston cream pie as I know I prefer that one) http://www.healthyindulgences.net/ http://low-carb-news.blogspot.com/ http://blog.yourlighterside.com/ (I recommend the cauli breadsticks and the oopsie rolls) http://mariahealth.blogspot.com/ and the Lowcarbfriends website has a good recipe section. Beachgirl's cheesecake is a wonderful thing :) I also use various paleo blogs and sites like marksdailyapple and nomnompaleo. I've used Dana Carpenter's cookbooks a few times but borrowed them from the library.
