The case says up to 5 pounds per week, I'm hopeful. :) Ooh... the dreaded "UP TO" disclaimer... :glare: You might lose 5 pounds, but even in a best-case scenario, at least three of those pounds would probably be water weight, not fat, so I always disregard all of those "up to" and "individual results may vary" claims.
