mothergooseof4
I have tried a couple of paleo bread recipes I found online and one is edible. I have made a loaf with pamelas bread mix and it is fairly good but we aren't big fans of white bread. I have been grinding hard red wheat and making our breads for years and we miss it, but feel better since cutting out grains. Any suggestions? Sandy in Indy
Try "Gluten Free Baking Classics for the Bread Machine" by Annalise Roberts. It has several kinds of gf bread in it. Her other book, "GF Baking Classics," is also good; it has a wonderful chocolate cake recipe. Mix-wise, dh liked the Gluten-Free Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread mix.
