Scrub Jay
This week my daughter will be completing page 77 from Grade 1b and it mentions creating a cube, a cylinder, and a box from cutouts on "the following pages." I cannot find this cutouts to save my life - can anyone point me in the right direction? TIA!
materursa
Well, that's peculiar. I just opened up my MM light blue 1b PDF and there was nothing About shapes on pg 77. The shapes section was about 20 before that and it didn't have anything about making shapes there either! I downloaded my MM about a year or so ago... have there been major changes since then? Sorry I couldn't help. Amanda

Scrub Jay
I don't know if it was updated - I bought mine last April. I just double checked. It's definitely page 77 of Grade 1-b and it's titled "Three-dimensional shapes". Light Blue Series. Hmmmm....
Mandylubug
ETA: Well, I was able to find the files and open it up for you and mine speaks of boxes, cubes, cylinders and spheres. It goes to instruct us to find household items that match those shapes but no mention of making these shapes. Actually it was the 2nd grade that has the cut outs to make and not the 1st grade. However, I am sure you can find some cube templates online. I will try to hunt some down for you and post on here! sagira
You have to go to Supportive Materials, then under the Folder Cutouts. That's how I have it. Good luck!
Scrub Jay
Thanks everyone. I have the supportive materials file but no folder cutouts section. Weird! But maybe it's in the second grade file? I am definitely in Grade 1-b with this lesson, though, so strange that we all seem to have different pages. Mandlybug, thanks for the link - I'm just going to print from that.
