BamaTanya
I stumbled across these yesterday. You may be familiar with Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen and their books and workouts. Their website includes these (and other!) workouts: Leslie Sansone walking workout (cardio): First mile (14 min) Second mile (15 min) Joel Harper - You On a Diet Workout (strength/stretch - no equipment required, just a soft surface for floorwork): beginner (20 min) http://youtu.be/sMc-afhihfo intermediate (18 min) http://youtu.be/ilQjS9w9ZGU advanced (20 min) http://youtu.be/tEdfLcDMLe8 More Joel Harper: Resistance bands (18 min) http://youtu.be/UCIScBxB9wM Chair workout (8 min) http://youtu.be/rpaJ4dhVOxc There are others for pregnancy, postpregnancy, yoga, etc. I haven't previewed them, but I expect they would be helpful, too. You may have to get thru a very short commercial, maybe long enough to pull your hair back into a ponytail. And, did I mention, they're FREE? Now winter weather (or summer!) and no $$$ for the gym and no time can't hold you back from getting started! HTH someone!
