ladydusk Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 So I got all the stuff (I thought) for Ina Garten's recipe for Panna Cotta, except it calls for 3C of Heavy Cream and I only got 2. (Boo! I shoulda read more carefully) Can I use half and half or whole milk for the last cup instead? Will it refuse to set up if I do?
