homeschoolof1
Please forgive me if I misspelled that! I've been researching forever, especially Charlotte Mason, and I just found it this morning. Has anyone used it for k-3? What's it like? Thanks so much! usetoschool
I get a regular email from them but have not actually used any of their products. This thread got me interested in the company - http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/showthread.php?t=284778&highlight=kardia
Mrs Twain
I haven't actually used it so I can't answer your question, but I teach history almost exactly the same way that they do. I agree with their theory that students need to have repeated exposure and interaction with the material year after year in order to retain the information, and this has been working well in our family. Epi Kardia also has wonderful book choices. I am thinking of buying their history program at some point in the future.
HiddenJewel
I have only used the high school World History so can't help you on the younger grades. I had to do a bit of set up at the beginning of the year to put the assignments in a visual schedule format, but it seems to have promise. Dd15 says she is learning.
