SorrelZG
Poll coming up!:) We did finish it .. in a sense. I honestly skimmed him through the last lessons because I was so ready to be done ... on top of having a box ready to ship off to Amazon in which I was wanting to include it. Heidi
I did not finish it with my first daughter. I didn't feel like she needed it when she started reading fluently. I plan on finishing it with my second daughter. Reading doesn't come quite as easily and I think she could use the practice. I don't know yet if it is worth it though. We'll see when we finish the book.
wormbuy
We finished it. I am glad we did because I think reading the longer words at the end built confidence. But I thought about dropping it. It doesn't take any much effort, and I just included it in his reading time.
Lisa in the UP of MI
I finished it with my oldest. She was reading fluently and pretty much everything was review by the time we got to it, but I wanted to make sure she didn't have any gaps in her knowledge. She thought the sentences were funny and enjoyed the curriculum. I may have stopped if she was bored.
squirtymomma
We *just* finished after having done it off-and-on for 2.5 years. We watched Mary Poppins to celebrate. :)
reign
My oldest finished it and was very pleased with that last lesson. We celebrated with ice cream which was a huge treat.
Cindyz
I voted yes even though we have 7 lessons left. We will have it finished in a week and a half. I'm so excited! lol!
JessMcG
I didn't finish it with my first. She started reading fluently around lesson 100. Right now, I am planning to finish it with my ds... just to be more thorough.
ladydusk
With my 7yo, we skipped quite a bit of the long vowel section, but finished in the multi-syllable words and did finish it. With my 6yo, we started at lesson 27 and finished the thing. I plan on finishing with my 4yo, too.
lionfamily1999
I didn't vote. My youngest and I are on lesson 75 and I'm hoping we'll finish. He reads very well at this point, but I'm hoping it will help him with spelling later, we're all terrible spellers here. :lurk5:
raceNzanesmom
No, because it just wasn't working. If it had worked we would (probably) have finished it.
