I lost a decent amount of weight while on NoS, but quit and am now within 5 lbs. of my all-time high :glare: I'm not sure what to do... South Beach Diet sounds really good to me right now - I need to get control of my sever carb cravings (addiction?), but am scared that I won't make it through the 1st two weeks. I've never made it past the 3rd day... For those who have lost weight on NoS and SBD (and don't mind answering), how much have you lost, and how long did it take you to do so? TIA!
