ktgrok
We started our Iowa test today, and well....punctuation is NOT his strong point. Like, didn't finish the section and probably got half wrong. It was BAD. We are doing FLL to learn grammar, the slow and easy way as he was NOT retaining with GWG. But I'd like to add some punctuation specific stuff. Any thoughts? My first thought was dailygrams. I want something brief.

WillametteMom
Cozy Grammar has a course on punctuation, but it's pricey: http://www.splashesfromtheriver.com/punctuation.htm I think I'd just pull examples from Evan Moor's Daily Language Skills or Daily Paragraph Editing. Or if you want something with more direction, I came across this Evan Moor resource the other day (but haven't used it): http://www.evan-moor.com/Product.aspx?CurriculumID=3&ClassID=169&SeriesID=59&TitleID=256&EmcID=260 Hope this helps! Aurelia
It might be a little juvenile, but there's The Perfect Pop-Up Punctuation Book. It covers punctuation in a very hands on and different way.
helena
We love Cozy Grammar! It's reusable too. When mine were too young to do the worksheets, I just had them watch the DVDs. Also a nice review for the beginning of the school year.

I'm also looking for editing exercises. I printed some out for this week. These are at just the right level. Thanks!
