readinmom
I am going through the closet right now, sorting clothing items. My question is do I save the ones I hope to wear in (fingers crossed) 2-3 months, or do I donate them and eliminate the clutter? There are a few nice pieces that I can't get bear to get rid of, but when I look at the pile I start to feel overwhelmed. I am not a trendy, run out and buy the latest fashion person. My clothes are conservative, and I bought them with work in mind. Any advice would be welcome. Those encouraging words really help at times like this! NicAnn
If you think you'll use them in 2-3 months then save them. I donate stuff that I haven't worn for a season, or a year. I'm working on all that now actually!
Desert Rat
I usually keep one size up and one size down. Recently though I purged the size down. No way am I going to get down that low again! And if I do, I'd want to buy new stuff. :)

And if I do, I'd want to buy new stuff. :) That's a great idea. I typically go up a size in winter and back down once we can get out walking much more. Plus, I've always been within that 3 size range so I get to keep everything.:tongue_smilie:
