Website said that in order for it to arrive by Christmas Eve, orders had to be placed before the 17th. Shipping would be 3-day ground. Ok, I ordered on the 16th. No delivery yesterday, and I could swear I got an email saying they shipped. So I checked this morning, and nope, got my order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation. Sigh. I'm kind of close to NY and it shipped out the day after the order. Yet when I ordered on 30 Nov, it took almost two weeks to get my gift shipped out.
