Gamom3
Dh wants to try duck for Christmas, so I ran out yesterday and purchased one. When I got home I noticed it said "mature" duck. I know now that i should have purchased a duckling, since i planned on roasting it. I have searched the web and saw that mature ducks are to be braised or used for stew. I see that braising would probably be what dh would want. The only recipes I have come across are braised duck legs, but I want to braise the entire duck. Does anyone have a recipe, as easy and simple as possible? I would love to see a video on how to do this from start to finish. Thanks!!! BTW..Chinese and Thai recipes are out because we are having this with our normal side dishes broccoli casserole, mac and cheese, and so on..
