I think either she or I are going to get to keep this carrier, and they will be sending her a new one. Very pleased with them, if not the retailer. They contacted the retailer for me, as she was being a bit reluctant to refund my money. They are going to send her a new carrier free of charge to replace this one, and have her keep this one as a demo carrier. This is one reason I am always so reluctant to do business with friends or help people out.....terrible I know, but it never seems to go well.
