cherylterese
My 1st grade son wants a microscope for Christmas. It will be used for school eventually, but will be just for "fun" for now. I've read mixed reviews of some I've seen online. Can anyone recommend a good one? Thanks!

Jeanne in MN
Brock Magiscope! Uses a special lumination rod to light up your specimen so you don't need electricity. It's easy for a young kid to use, but strong enough to be used as a high school scope. Can be carried around, taken to ponds, camping or wherever. They are durable, yet have a life time warrenty. No heat from a light bulb that will kill the bugs specimens you are looking at like would happen with an electric scope. http://rainbowresource.com/product/sku/029486/04673af8696ce7d7f8714d33 .
