Comfortable and cute clothes for 10yr old girl

I'm new here, and am sure this has been covered previously. However, I am looking for suggestions on where to find comfortable, age appropriate clothes for my athletic, solidly built 10 year old daughter, who is pretty much out of kids clothes. I have looked everywhere I can think of, but am hoping that there may be some options I have missed. Small women's clothes are not too narrow through the hips, and have a larger "bust," but children's clothes are too small. Please send me any nuggets of wisdom. Thanks in advance.

DD10 is solidly built, too. I have had good luck finding clothes for her at old navy lately. I usually have to hem the pants legs, but at least they fit. Today I actually found pajama pants and tops for her at Aerie, which I didn't expect.

I have boys, but I think Lands End has age-appropriate, well-made girl clothing.

Dd11 is 5'1" and not yet developed. Most of her pants (size 14) are from Justice (which used to be LimitedToo). Justice has 40% off coupons. Check retailmenot.com for active codes. Sometimes Justice has good tops. You have to sift through the trendy stuff to find classic styles. I recently found a good selection of nicely made tops and sweaters at Burlington Coat Factory. I haven't tried department stores, but BCF gets overstock from them.

 

She's not quite ready for juniors shapewise, but the kid stuff is getting to be too small or too juvenile. It's a tough age!
