MSNative
s/o of the best book of 2011 thread. What are the best homeschooling or teaching books you read in 2011? Some of my favorites: Lighting Their Fires by Rafe Esquith How to Read Like a Literature Professor - Thomas Foster Not books: SWB's audio lectures, especially the ones on writing. Wonderful! If you missed her thread on it, she is offering a workshop in Feb.

Jane Elliot
Boys Adrift - Not exactly a teaching/homeschooling book, but definitely relevant to educational philosophy.
