ELaurie
It's rated PG 13, and a possibility at a church related small group event with several other boys and his small group leader this evening. They're open to other suggestions as well :001_smile: ETA: This isn't a church sponsored event - just an informal movie night. Mrs Mungo
I would not show it to other people's kids at a church function.
Splinter
I wouldn't have a problem with that, my 9 year old has seen it and loved it, but I'd make sure it's okay with every parent before even suggesting it to the kids.
ELaurie
I would not show it to other people's kids at a church function. The youth group leader is asking each of the parents for permission before showing it. If anyone objects, they will select another movie. Catwoman
The youth group leader is asking each of the parents for permission before showing it. If anyone objects, they will select another movie. It's so good to hear that the group leader is being so responsible about this. We hear so many stories about people sending their kids to a group meeting, only to find out they saw a movie that was completely inappropriate -- and had no warning about it in advance. It's wonderful that the leader is asking permission from the parents.

Iucounu
I let DS-then-5 see it, so I guess my answer has to be "yes". :)
