lorrainejmc
Anyone care to share their thoughts? For the first time ever I am trying FIAR by following the manual. No lapbooks/colouring sheets/copywork. Just read the book (and any suitable add on books we already have), do the lesson from the manual either conversationally or with an activity where appropriate: art, science experiment... So I thought of the cookbook and was wondering if it would be worth getting. But I don't really want to be making a full main meal that would be cooking for hours. I would be happy to make snacks, bake, or make a simple dessert. Is there a recipe for every book? Right now we are rowing Storm In The Night. I can't imagine what recipe there would be for that.
freeindeed
We really enjoy the cookbook. There are recipes for every story. Some are simple, and others are more elaborate. Here is a link for you to check it out: http://rainbowresource.com/product/sku/003596/ ETA: The second review was written by me.
