TravelingChris
Okay, all the other effects of peri-menopause are bad enough- suddenly having PMS symptoms after never having them before, totally irregular cycles, sleep issues, etc, etc, but then add ADHD. I can't find now two different sets of clothing I bought for myself, can't find presents, can't find half a dozen other things. My adhd symptoms, which were always on the mild side and well controlled by coffee, are now much worse. I am nearly 49 and I can't wait for menopause to actually arrive. I can't see how it could be any worse since these giant hormonal swings are not only affecting my adhd but my arthritis is always worse too before a cycle. So I can have irregular cycles and worse arthritis, adhd, migraines every month, and the regular aches and pains and annoyances or be finally done with them and all those things would be lessened. Am I missing anything? I have been having peri-menopause symptoms for at least 5 years now so I really, really hope I am done soon. No, I am not about to have surgery or do anything to speed it along but one can hope, can't one?
