I am looking for a book list for third grade - read alouds and first time reading on own books. So far I have: Charlotte's Web Farmer Boy Chocolate Fever I want older books mostly, but I am open to newer books if they are really good. I am thanking Judy Blume and the Fudge books for that. He also likes Magic Treehouse books and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. He also enjoyed Frecklejuice. We listened to all the Blume Fudge books and Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing, books on CD. We have read a couple of the Ralph Mouse books too.
