It is a $100 difference. If you have one which one do you have? Did you get the 4GB and wished you had gotten the 250GB? Gotten the 250 GB and have hardly used the memory. We are drawn to the downloadable games- yeah no more lost or scratched games. Pros n Cons of this device welcomed. Personally I am not the big gaming person but my boys are.
