Brigitte
I need to put some new audio books on the iPod before we head out of town. Does anyone have suggestions for my 10 y.o. girls? They don't like to put books on there that they have read and books we put on there they won't read, so I am running out of ideas. We have E.B. White taken care of, Louisa May Alcott, and Frances Burnett.

Stacia
Have you done Harry Potter? Jim Dale's reading is amazing. If you don't want Harry Potter, Jim Dale has also done a version of Around the World in 180 Days. My dd also enjoys the series of Redwall audio books. Cinder
Beverly Cleary's Ramona series as well as Socks Andrew Clement's Frindle and Room One Hank the Cowdog, which are better for listening than reading Winnie the Pooh--there is a dramatized version of this that is fun
dcjlkplus3
My kids all love listening to Percy Jackson and 39 Clues. I will agree that the Harry Potter books are great to listen to even if you have read the books. My girls liked listening to American Girl books also. If your library has a download section, maybe see if they have anything that captures thier fancy. We found Doll People that way which was a hit.
