Elvis and Miss Kitty
We wanted to ensure you were aware of your vehicle ownership position; you may have a limited time until your manufacturer warranty expires on your blah-blah vehicle. The part that is driving me crazy is, "We wanted to ensure you were aware." Is this correct? Have I lost it???? Thanks, Julie
BatmansWife
Yeah.....how weird that they called it a blah-blah vehicle. :smilielol5: But, seriously....that was the part that I thought was strange too. I'm thinking they should have said, "We wanted to make sure that you were aware...". If they really want to use the word "ensure" I think it should be, "We wanted to ensure that you were aware....." I think adding "that" makes a little more sense. They need a new writer.
