Trilliums
I would love some suggestions on towels and sheets. Anyone have some they love?? Please let me know the brand! I do not mind paying more for towels if they absorb water extremely well, remain soft and do not start getting long loops pulled out within the first few washings. Currently our towels just seem to push the water around and not absorb much. They were from JC Penneys. And I do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets with them. I am considering the Turkish Hotel Towels from Macys: http://www1.macys.com/shop/product/hotel-collection-bath-towels-turkish-collection?ID=294142 Or these hotel bath collection: http://www1.macys.com/shop/product/hotel-collection-bath-towels-finest-luxury-collection?ID=194231 Anyone tried these? We do not have a macys here, so I can only order them online. On sheets, we bought some of the nicer sheets from Target which I loved; they seemed thick but were soft and came out of the dryer very smooth. BUT, within 1 1/2 years, holes worn through them near where our feet are in bed. I was honestly shocked! I have never had even Walmart sheets disintegrate like this. I am thiking of trying sheets from The Company Store. Anyone had good/bad experience with them? Many thanks!

FriedClams
My favorite are the clean ones. My least favorite are the ones on the floor of my kid's rooms... ;) Other than that I like really old towels with the consistency of sand paper that absorb everything. I hate fluffy, soft towels that just push water around on your body. I also don't like fabric softener in my towels, because it makes them light and fluffy and nonabsorbent.
