5KidzRUs
Be honest please. I **LOVE** them. But I think I am a bit of a 'flower child' that loves the big flower prints from the 70's :001_smile: Tell me what you think - NOT taking the price into consideration: Edited November 16, 2011 by 5KidzRUs

Perogi
I think they'd be great as rain boots, not so much as snow boots. These are my current lust - fair isle sweater boots: http://oldnavy.gapcanada.ca/browse/product.do?cid=74724&vid=1&pid=878520&scid=878520003 (edited with a new link - hopefully it works) Edited November 16, 2011 by Perogi
Plucky
I don't like Uggs, but I like those. I wear flowered rain shoes everywhere. :)

KidsHappen
If they are for you and you love them then get them. If you are thinking of getting them for someone else then I would reconsider. Those are the kind of item that is very individual and would not be equally loved by everyone.

JudoMom
I personally think all UGG boots are ugly. I really just don't like the style. That said, I think the print is awesome, and I would buy the pattern in another style of boot.

5KidzRUs
Okay, where are you getting them from? I think K would LOVE LOVE LOVE them for Christmas. Share please :) They are called UGG Wahine (Autumn) ... Here is the reason I said NOT to take the price into consideration - they are a retired style so they sell for $150 used, to $350 slightly used/ near new/ new, on eBay. I love them - I posted mostly looking for a consensus on how funky my taste in shoes is - I always depend on you ladies for sound advice and opinions. I'd pay the $350 new for those.... but I also keep shoes forever so I get my $ out of it... Unless the used options were in really, really, good condition. gardenmom5
appropriately whacky. reminds me of some rubber boots I just bought. I wouldn't pay $350 for them.

Unless the used options were in really, really, good condition. I have been researching A LOT on how to care for shoes (and clothes) - received good advice on this board too on which shoes are quality shoes. I saw on YouTube how to put shoes in Rubbermaid containers. Seems excessive, but I think jumbled up on the closet floor scuffs and damages shoes. I plan on treating all my shoes like I will keep them forever too. Edited November 16, 2011 by 5KidzRUs

Oops - trying again: http://oldnavy.gapcanada.ca/browse/product.do?cid=74724&vid=1&pid=878520&scid=878520003 They are fair isle sweater boots - just says "winter" and "cozy" to me more than flower boots - but I would love that flower print for rain boots. myfunnybunch
Cute. And I love Ms. Frizzle, so I'd take that as a compliment even though it probably wasn't mean as one, lol. :) I take good care of my shoes and keep them forever, and I wear this style boot (unpatterned) almost daily from October until April. But I don't think I'd pay $350. I might, if I had the $350, buy a decent used pair for $150 and buy another pair of boots with the leftover $200. If you wear boots for a really long time, the pattern might start to look outdated or you might get tired of it before the boots wear out, lol.
