musicianmom Posted November 15, 2011 Share Posted November 15, 2011 I am wondering if any of you have placed your children in a competitive private school beginning in 7th or 9th grade, after hs-ing exclusively. Beth in OH Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 We did. Youngest dd had no trouble gaining admission, and the academics are very good. Not perfect, but very good. One of the best aspects of the school for dd has been finding a number of kindred spirits. The negative aspects crop up when we find an area that the school doesn't deliver on very well.
