Need suggestions on collecting payment for hs group events

Our homeschool group is planning a science night next year and we'll need to charge admission to cover the cost of the presenter. In the past we've always had people mail in checks beforehand but I was hoping to find a website that would do the money collection for us.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to avoid paying fees if possible.
